Delivery and Payment Terms 

1. Delivery 

1.1. Delivery Agreement 
The delivery of goods is carried out in accordance with the agreement made between the parties. Delivery times and conditions will be specified in the individual order. 

1.2. Delivery Time 
We strive to deliver goods within the agreed delivery time. Delivery time depends on product availability and destination. The estimated delivery time will be stated in the order confirmation. 

1.3. Shipping and Costs 
Shipping costs will be calculated and provided in the order confirmation. Any additional costs for delivery to special locations or requirements will be agreed upon individually. 

1.4. Risk Transfer 
The risk for the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery. Delivery is considered completed when the goods are delivered to the agreed destination. 

1.5. Delay 
In the event of a delay, we reserve the right to extend the delivery time by a reasonable period. Any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., transportation issues, force majeure) do not entitle the buyer to compensation or cancellation of the order. 

2. Payment 

2.1. Payment Terms 
Payment for goods is made according to the payment terms specified in the individual order. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date. 

2.2. Payment Methods 
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or, if agreed in advance, by other methods. Bank details will be provided on the invoice. 

2.3. Late Payment Interest and Fees 
If payment is not received on time, interest will accrue at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. Fees may also be charged for reminders and collection in accordance with applicable law. 

2.4. Right of Set-Off 
The buyer cannot withhold payment or set off amounts unless otherwise agreed in writing or if there is an undisputed claim for set-off. 

2.5. Breach of Contract and Termination 
In the event of non-payment or breach of the payment agreement, we reserve the right to suspend the delivery of goods and/or cancel orders until full payment is received. 

3. General Provisions 

3.1. Force Majeure 
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or other unforeseen events. 

3.2. Amendments to Terms 
We reserve the right to change these terms with prior written notice to the buyer.
